1. Prices
Prices shall be those in force on the date of supply and may be changed without prior notice.
2. Commercial Discounts
As agreed at the time of sale or as per quotation.
3. Value Added Tax
Not included in our price lists and applicable according to the rate in force.
4. Shipping
4.1. Materials and Tools
* Shipping costs are charged on orders below €150 net.
* Cash on delivery orders with a value below €250 net are subject to an additional shipping charge.
4.2. Sharpening Services
* Shipping costs are charged on services below €50 net.
* Cash on delivery shipments with a value below €100 net are subject to an additional shipping charge.
5. Risk of Goods
Goods travel at the customer’s risk from the moment they are unloaded from our means of transport.
6. Invoicing
Partial supplies with values below the established minimums may be invoiced if the total order exceeds those minimums and the partial supply results from a temporary lack of items.
7. Payment
Invoices payable immediately: 2% discount
Invoices payable within 8 days from our monthly statement: 2% discount
Invoices payable within 30 days from our monthly statement: 1% discount
Payment terms for specially ordered materials shall be as agreed on the order date.

8. Partial Supplies
Unless expressly stipulated otherwise, we reserve the right to make partial supplies.
9. Delivery Times
The delivery times offered may be changed due to force majeure.
10. Supply Discrepancies
If the goods supplied do not correspond to what is stated on the delivery note, this fact must be mentioned on the delivery note itself.
11. Catalogue and Price List Changes
Our catalogues and price lists may be changed without prior notice.
12. Returns Policy
MFMartins returns policy applies to all customers for products sold by the company, whether purchased in a physical store or online. This policy provides guidance on how products may be returned under the right of withdrawal.
The return period is up to 14 days from the delivery date. The return request must be made on the product’s transport document and must include the corresponding invoice number, the material reference and the reason for return. Transport costs associated with the return are borne by the customer.
In addition to meeting deadlines and providing the required information, returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging, in good condition and complete, under the same conditions in which it was delivered, with all accessories included.
- The product must show no signs of use.
Returns of specially manufactured products will not be accepted.
In the event of an error on the part of the customer, the credit note issued will be subject to a 20% deduction from the sale price if the 14 day period from delivery has been exceeded. If the item to be returned was purchased under a promotional campaign with discounts applied, the discounted amount will be deducted from the credit note.
